It's unfortunate that you haven't received payment in your wallet. Let's troubleshoot the issue together:

  1. Payments are not directly deposited into your Web3 wallet. Please check your balance under the spending/earnings tab on the Chirpley platform. Here, you can withdraw your balance.

  2. If you haven't been paid yet, it's possible that the content for the offer you made is not yet posted. Ensure that the content has been created and posted according to the campaign requirements.

  3. There may have been technical issues posting the content to your social account. Double-check that the content was successfully posted and that there are no issues with your account or the platform.
