To integrate fully with Chirpley, your Business profile must be linked to a Facebook Page, a requirement from Meta, Instagram's parent company. This grants Chirpley permission to manage your Instagram content without posting on the associated Facebook Page.
Ensure you meet these prerequisites:
Have a Facebook Page to connect to your Instagram profile.
Note that each Instagram profile can only link to one Facebook Page.
Ensure you have the right permissions on Facebook.
To switch your Instagram profile to Business:
In the Instagram app, go to your profile.
Tap the menu icon, then "Settings," then "Account."
Scroll down and select "Switch to professional account," then "Business" for Personal accounts, or "Switch account type" for Creator accounts.
